NCC new members in the Water Industry
NCC is a new member of the Water Industry and brings with it extensive experience in water treatment and specialist expertise throughout the chain. We took the opportunity to ask Jan-Olof Nilsson, Head of Department Water and Environmental Technology, NCC, a few questions about their water operations.
Tell us about NCC!
– NCC has extensive experience in water treatment and has specialist expertise throughout the chain. We know how to build efficiently and how processes and equipment should be designed for the best treatment method and operational reliability. Water and Environmental Technology is NCC's specialist department in water treatment. Together with NCC's local construction departments, this makes NCC a unique player in the water and sanitation industry. As the only construction company, we have all the expertise ourselves from idea to commissioning. Our customers get a partner who can take overall responsibility. By having an organization that always participates with the same personnel in water and sanitation projects, NCC can ensure effective knowledge feedback within the company. This creates unique conditions for NCC's customers to have successful projects.
Why did you choose to become members of the Water Industry?
– To be able to support and influence the development of VA-Sweden in a context where we have a lot to contribute and of course gain insight into what is happening elsewhere.
What challenges do you solve for your customers?
– We provide complete solutions for water treatment projects, from early stages to completed facilities.
What do you consider to be the most important issue for the water industry?
– To promote the development of water and sanitation companies in order to attract new colleagues and ensure growth now and in the future.
What issues are you particularly passionate about within NCC?
– Sustainability, development of new employees and collaboration.
What do you want to contribute to the Water Industry?
