Tips for procuring goods in water and sanitation projects ABM 07.

A good can be defined as a piece of equipment with a predetermined function. When it is mainly a good that is to be procured in connection with an execution contract (AB 04) and/or a turnkey contract (ABT 06), the delivery agreement ABM 07 can be applied. It refers to standardized terms, negotiated between the client and the supplier regarding the purchase and delivery of goods.

The purpose of standardized terms and conditions is to reduce uncertainty, the risk of misinterpretation, the workload for the parties and thus the costs.
