Tips when procuring construction contracts in VA-projekt AB 04.

Contracts where the client provides the design are called execution contracts. A delivery agreement that can be used in this case is AB 04. AB 04 contains general provisions for building, construction and installation contracts.

The purpose of standardized terms and conditions is to reduce uncertainty, the risk of misinterpretation, the workload for the parties and thus the costs.
