Procurement according to ALOS 05

Tips when procuring products for the public sector in the ALOS 05 VA project.

A product can be defined as a piece of equipment with a predetermined function. When it is primarily a product to be procured for the public sector, ALOS 05 can be used.

ALOS 05 is a delivery agreement that contains standardized terms and conditions, negotiated between the customer and the supplier regarding the purchase and delivery of products.

The purpose of standardized terms and conditions is to reduce uncertainty, the risk of misinterpretation, the workload for the parties and thus the costs.

The document contains a compilation of proposals for tender criteria when procuring products for the public sector in water and sanitation projects.
