Terms and conditions related to events

By accepting the terms and conditions, I agree to:

1. Handling of personal data

… that the Water Industry together with contracted partners handles the data shared in this form to prepare, implement and follow up on this event. Where applicable, we process your personal data, such as your email address, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act. We do not process personal data that is not necessary for us to process and not for longer than necessary. For more information about how and why we process personal data, please read our privacy policy. I also understand that by notifying kansliet@vattenindustrin.se can request that my data be deleted at any time.

2. Newsletters, invitations, etc.

… that I will be placed on the mailing list for invitations to the Water Industry FORUM and corresponding events. I also understand that I have the right to request to be removed from this list at any time. This can be done by clicking on the unsubscribe link or notifying kansliet@vattenindustrin.se.

3. Photography

… that pictures will be taken during the event. These pictures may in some cases be published online, in printed material and in digital material. Both in editorial contexts and in marketing of the corresponding event. I also understand that by notifying kansliet@vattenindustrin.se can request that a picture of me be removed at any time.

4. Video recording

… that during the event, parts or the entire event will be recorded. This material may be published online and in digital material. Both in editorial contexts and in marketing of the corresponding event. I also understand that by notifying kansliet@vattenindustrin.se can request that a film of me be removed at any time.

5. Refund

… that the registration is binding and cannot be cancelled. If you are prevented from attending, the place can be transferred to a colleague free of charge, no later than one month before the event date to enable us to handle special diets and name tags. In the event of later changes, we cannot guarantee special diets, that new participants will be able to take over already registered special diets or the correct name on the name tag and participant list. Changes will be announced kansliet@vattenindustrin.se.

7. Participant list

… that there will be a participant list available where registered participants are presented. You can let us know at any time if you do not want to be added to the list or if you wish to be removed from the list by contacting kansliet@vattenindustrin.se.

8. Special diet

... that any special dietary requests are shared with contracted event partners who deliver food to Vattenindustrin's events. For this dietary information, I have ensured that consent is given to the processing of sensitive personal data. This information will be deleted after the event in question.

For the personal data provided in the notification, I have ensured that consent has been obtained from the person to whom the personal data applies. By continuing with my booking, consent is given to the processing of the data in accordance with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation.
