\u2013 I think it feels exciting to contribute in a context that develops the water and sanitation industry. As a unifying voice for suppliers in the water and sanitation industry \u2013 in the form of consultants, contractors and product suppliers, the Water Industry is an important piece of the puzzle for increasing dialogue between the parties in the market and for driving common issues within the industry that move society forward, especially when water shortages, preparedness and the wastewater directive have given us challenges in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 The biggest challenges we have are having time to invest and expand our systems and facilities in time so that society is not affected by the effects of a changing climate, maintenance debt and environmental impact. I myself have been involved in the issue of competence and find it an interesting challenge \u2013 how can we implement all projects when there is a shortage of senior competence and we are competing for the same competence with other industries?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How do you see the future of sustainable and resilient water management?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I believe we are on the right track, and that we must further develop how we can use recycling of our resources to find sustainable water use. At the same time, I believe that we as a society must start valuing our water as a scarce commodity, and it is interesting to draw parallels to electricity use and how consumption changes when prices are raised.
