At Kamstrup, which is at the forefront, technology is a central part of the work, which I really appreciate.&quot;\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What kind of education do you have?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 I have a three-year education in journalism and multimedia. In addition to that, I have also furthered my education over the years through internal training and the like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why have you chosen to work in VA?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 I started working in the industry almost 15 years ago \u2013 completely by chance. Initially I worked as an installer, then as a service technician, project manager, technical project manager and now as a technical consultant. It is an exciting industry where a lot is happening. At Kamstrup, which is at the forefront, technology is a central part of the work, which I really appreciate. Ten years ago, people didn\u2019t talk much about water, but today it is a highly topical topic \u2013 both in terms of quality, access and leak detection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tell us about the job you have today!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 In my current role, I act as a support for both our salespeople and our customers. This can involve everything from holding training sessions in our customer programs, to accompanying and supporting the salespeople with technical expertise at customer meetings. We also receive many questions from existing customers and colleagues, where we as technical consultants contribute our expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What does a typical day look like?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 The days are very varied. It can involve producing training materials for customers, helping customers with various technical questions or problems, or carrying out troubleshooting and consultations in the field \u2013 for example configuring our water meters. A large part of the work also involves close dialogue with the sales people, when they produce quotes and technical solutions for customers. Since Kamstrup works a lot with leak detection, it is also an important part of the working days \u2013 helping customers find leaks with the help of our smart water meters, leaks they would probably never have discovered otherwise.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201dDet \u00e4r en sp\u00e4nnande bransch d\u00e4r det h\u00e4nder mycket.
