These agreements are designed with different starting points and can therefore lead to differences in responsibility, risk allocation and financial conditions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This document aims to clarify these differences in a clear and educational way, to facilitate understanding and create better conditions for cooperation between parties.
